MerchantBoss.com Anybody use them?

Anyone processing with them? I don't think they have been around too long. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

The text on the site is full of errors.

Their address matches this Casino sites: http://www.vegasworld.net/?a=help&page=contacts

Notice "Eva Payments Limited" found on that casino site

doing searches for "Eva Payments" turns up that they're spammers

Also turned up this:

http://www.spamhaus.org/rokso/eviden...kso_id=ROK3095

Huge spamhaus into child/animal/incest-porn spamming, pirated software spamming, credit-card "collection" sites.

Frequently tied to involvement in hijacking ownership of various ARIN netblocks from the rightful owners.

They try an look somewhat "legit" by using postal addresses at US and British "remailer" services and US/British forwarding-phone services.

The players are mostly Russian, living in and around Seattle, WA and Gainesville, FL in the USA and in Russia/Ukraine. Also have ties in Paris, France.

I noticed that but some processors (such as ecommerceglobal) have been in the processing business for years but never in adult and only have recently started in our industry. Psbill claims the same but I really doubt it. Doesn't hurt to make a post and ask.

The real intresting part is that I found them by clicking on an ad on this board. They advertise on GFY and don't even have a rep to defend or represent them in a post concerning their biz!

Never heard of them.

Frankly I can't believe anyone would use a processor that they didn't know or that no one had ever heard of. The card associations aren't going to be making new IPSPs any time soon, and when you go to your own merchant account, you'd best make sure that someone's helping you manage your risk and that you're not just dangling out there alone.

You are right on that front KK, the card associations do not like 3rd party processors to begin with.

As for the part about someone helping you manage your risk ... if it was anyone else but you posting that I'd have *plenty* to say in response! lol

hope all is well with you and the boat ;)

We want to inform you that this problem occured because we had used Yambo solutions for processing so far as when we started our business we didn`t have our own agreements with banks. And Yambo processed lots of spamers,so it was put down on the spamhaus list. As you can see we were undeservedly added to SH lists, just because we had used Yambo`s hosting and NS-servers. Different actions are taken to solve this problem, shurely you know that this is a very difficult operation,so we`re asking for your advices to solve this problem.

My suggestion to Merchant Boss...

Do not ever tell people you are running a processing business but had or have no processing agreements.
