So, Inteca is going to come along and help Ibill out. Inteca's website just happens to be on the same IP as Toccata's website. And Toccata's address just happened to be the same as IBill's address before they changed their website?

What the fuck? Nice find...

Yea.. it's a benevolent society that has this "need" to help iBill..

So... iBill are entering into an agreement with this trusted third party and enabling them to handle bank funds.

It is just one massive total coincidence that toccata.com and inteca.org happen to share the same IP at Rackspace.

It is also one massive coincidence that the principal of toccata has a home in Deerfield Beach in Florida.

The object of this action by iBill can be for several reasons.

1) The securing of funds from EU banks

2) Decieving webmasters into thinking "INTECA" is some organization with credibility - it is not.

3) Using this as yet another delay excuse till we hear the words "the arrangement with INTECA did not come to fruition, but, we are proceeding forward and intend to pay all webmasters".

Regardless of any of the above.... they are, at least, lying yet again, and, at worst, committing fraud.

You guys seen the other domains on that same IP? There are 35 in all. First one i checked out was EUPayments.com

Check out the WHOIS.

David Wells ( dwells@TOCCATA.COM)
3360 SW 1 CT
Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
US

Doing a search on google for

"David Wells" INTECA

You'll discover a [email protected] email address.

Toccata Ltd, a U.K. financial services company, is launching a new subsidiary Segregated Payments. Segregated Payments (SegPay), a Gibraltar company, will operate as an IPSP initially for European merchants and intends to partner with Toccata, Inteca and other leading ecommerce service providers to expand into other regions before year end."

Who then partnered with INTECA to handle payments to clients earlier this month (14th Feb 2005). Does anyone actually believe these are seperate companies?

And does anyone else find it curious that at a time when all the shit has hit the ibill fan, a company that used to have the same address as them has just set up a brand new european IPSP?

Hi Chodadog! Yea... everywhere you look it gets even more interesting :-)

We all hang out at Deerfield Beech!

Dunno if Joey posted this.... toccata was located at the same address as iBill in Deerfield Beech!

iBill have made their "public statement" on this earlier - was waiting on that - it is now time for a fraud officer to start a fraud map!!

Yea Chris does have a home there!!

But.. now you are getting me confused... it's like dealing with someone with multiple personalities when trying to track the deviant crap iBill is doing :-)

These are all the same bullshit non entities.... iBill is connected with all and looks like this new corp SegPay is just a change of face from the old iBill Gibraltar corp.

Gotta say... over the last short time - there have been many "adjustments" to the status of iBill in general... and these appear to be continuing.

This is common in fraud issues - it's a matter of covering one's ass depending on the threat on the doorstep that day. It is not anything a rational and "normal" company does - hence the need for a fraud map :-)

Check this shit out. Heaps of the domains on that 35 domain list i mentioned don't have websites, but you can find 'em on the wayback machine. Example:

DebitPayments.com

http://web.archive.org/web/200308291...b/contact.html

DebitPayments.Com
2200 SW 10th St.
Deerfield Beach, FL 44332

That 2200 SW 10th Street must be very popular! All these seperate and independant companies seem to love it! Domain also just happens to be registered to Chris Williams.

Oh yea... Deerfield Beech is internationally known for ecommerce and online processing :-)

There are loads of corps around... all with a common thread... ie.. some are owned by InterCept - scum Jason's company which happens to claim to share the databases in all of the IBD group. In simple terms - take that to mean Jason has ripped the card data out of iBill and plans to market this to his XBox and channel TV activities.

BUT.. One thing to notice about Jason Woodruff Galanis is - he does not like to be on the board of anything. He prefers to be a "shareholder" and was charged for fraud by the SEC in that capacity.

This has to be fraud and in an organized way by the looks of it which means the RICO laws apply. Someone that is owed money by iBill ought to cantact the FL attorney General ([email protected]) as that is where they are based even though they are a GA LLC. If they owed me $$ I'd be all over the atty general.

Chris Williams = Head of iBill EU when it had to be created. He had office space at iBill when they first moved to Deerfield.

David Wells = Promoted to head of I.T. at iBill after all his bosses quit. If I have my facts right he is still working there. David was brought in by Chris back in the day.

Both Chris and David are good people. I do however think it is odd that their company would be granted permission by iBill?s EU bank to distribute funds to clients. More then likely this group has secured processing somewhere else and is going to try to continue processing for ?former? iBill EU clients, i.e. a side deal with iBill to buy their EU portfolio.

Chris was solely responsible for getting iBill EU up and running. Given the talent at the time this was a huge undertaking on his part. If anyone had a chance of pulling the EU piece out of this nose dive it would be Chris and his friends.

As for the other $20something million dollars owed to the rest of you ?. Good luck.

nice, now the liars must have seen the posts.. because they updated cmi:

iBill has received several calls regarding our relationship with Inteca. Hopefully this will help clarify any additional concerns that have been raised by the iBill EU sponsored merchants.

The International e.Commerce Association (Inteca) is a not for profit association. It is not linked to iBill in any way, other than some members of its executive management have prior experience with iBill, as detailed below.

The officer of Inteca who has been instrumental in setting up this escrow payment service for iBill EU clients is Chris Williams, who set up and was the Director of iBill EU when it was formed in 2002. He has no ties with the current ownership of iBill. He does work closely with the acquiring bank and the EU processor on a number of other accounts and areas of business. Chris has one area of personal interest in respect to his company?s ownership of http:// www.toccata.com which does offer a service involving the use of Inteca as an escrow agent.

----

they didnt explain why all companies had the same mailing address at one time.

Instead of calling, send certified letters to every organisation there is. The power of the pen is mighty.

So... iBill are entering into an agreement with this trusted third party and enabling them to handle bank funds.

It is just one massive total coincidence that toccata.com and inteca.org happen to share the same IP at Rackspace.

It is also one massive coincidence that the principal of toccata has a home in Deerfield Beach in Florida.
Thing must be pretty shitty if they can't even afford a dedicated ip for the sites
