If you are talking about them being exempt then this would still require everyone posting their own pics to keep up with documents right? Not only that, AFF personally approves pics so that defense might not work for them.

true, if it takes a human to moderate and make a judgment call on each image submitted it will be a huge workload---you can't build a script for that.
