The gay Yugoslavian network of 41 sites - PRIDEACCESS is comprised almost completely of illegally distributed/unlicensed material from Raging Stallion Studios, Bel Ami, Hot House, Titan, RandyBlue/Maxpixels and Channel 21 Releasing.

This is to name a few that we were able to identify upon first inspection.

This kind of behaviour will not be tolerated and the wheels are already in motion to have the network shut down.

It's therefore recommended that any webmasters sending traffic to this program cease immediately - it's unlikely that you will be getting paid.

I can't speak for others, but I know that Santeria doesn't have the need, nor the will to take someone else's content, knowingly.. as he has no shortage of money, nor resources to get his own.

I know Brian and I know the heads of the studios of most of the movies on the sites. Brian makes some of the highest quality EXCLUSIVE content under his own label. If Brian says he did not liscense then I believe him. Some of the videos are from Big producers and some are only a few months old.

I know for a fact that some of the sites were designed with EXCLUSIVE content from MY own site http://randyblue.com. I shot the photos and have never given anyone permision to use them for their artwork for their tours.

If you are at all involved in the production side of things you'll know how UNRELENTING AND UNMITIGATED the piracy of your movies are. It is constant. You walk into a store and see copies of your DVD's sitting there on the shelf that someone's made a tidy profit on some blank discs. Brian actually walked into a store and grabbed an armful of DVD's off the shelves in front of the stooge behind the register walked out and got the owner on the phone for an earful.. If you don't stand up for your yourself the thieves will walk all over you. It's not as if this is the first AVS/AEN to use pirated DVD content to give to members as pretty much looks to be the case..

You'll have to forgive not giving the benefit of the doubt in yet another case.. although i suppose no one gives a shit and the content will get taken down and everyone forgets... Imagine if pornaccess were using Tawnee Stone videos for fucks sake.

I posted this on another board, a gay webmaster board, I won't post the link, but here's what I stated... it's a board where one of the partners who's nickname is Santeria who partnered who with www.AdultSeal.com (who are also in big trouble for stolen content) usually posts quite often and has really shocked everyone in the gay market industry that this has happened.

I'm not stating anything about Santeria, though there is no way he didn't know that 1,000s of gigabytes of content were stolen, unless he didn't actually look at any of the sites.

I don't know what affect this will have on Santeria, but it's fucked up, and not good for him.

I know this is all true, so I'm just wondering what Santeria's response will be, and if he'll stay in the gay market, or the adult market, after doing such a thing. I was about to start a trade with his site as well, I can't anymore though. He certainly could be liable.. When Titan sues they win $20,000 damages PER PICTURE infringement. Damages for what they all stole (including AdultSeal.com which are being gone after as well for a lot of stolen content) will be in the millions.

Just to add, everyone seemed to have great conversions; they likely just wanted everyone to keep sending their traffic.

I believe Santeria is only 20 years old. I'm 22 myself, and I've done some stupid things, but never in business, and never anything unethical; yes, I stole chocolate bars when I was 13, but that's a little different.

Santeria is also in the US I believe, where most of the stolen content providers are from, and they will pin this on whoever they can get their hands on. I wonder how 7 companies (plus the undiscovered illegally distributed/unlicensed material from companies) will divide up whatever they can get.

I know ICANN is quite responsive to legal pressure from top US lawyers as well, especially since these lawyers have specialists they go to for all domain related issues, where they could go to court, and have it court ordered that all domains owned and related to the people be taken from them, etc..

This is fucked up. On a jokingly side note, I highly doubt they have any 2257 information... Maybe Santeria's in hiding, or in jail, or in a different country now.

He could have made $100k with the month they were open with all of the top traffic MGP / TGP sites having an archive to promote it.

Two people who promoted PrideAccess.com archives posted on the other board so far, and they haven't been paid and they would be two of the bigger promoters (highest traffic), meaning, noone will likely be paid; I could be wrong, but with current situation it doesn't seem like they'd be ethical in that sense; whether Santeria has control over content or the money, which I'm not sure, it is either him or AdultSeal.com who partnered on this 'venture' ... Ugh.. This makes me feel sick to my stomache.

To clarify things after talking to ONE of the owners of AdultSeal.com (Thy), that AdultSeal.com isn't in a partnership with PrideAccess.com, but Thy himself is in a partnership with PrideAccess.com, providing the technical support for the site is what he's saying; EDIT: Thy says he didn't provide technical support, though that is what Santeria had told me before.

It also may have been miscommunicated that AdultSeal.com was in trouble for stolen content as he has told me and has available all licences for all content on AdultSeal.com; so apologies for stating that, though it's what I had heard myself.

I talked to Santeria and asked him if I could post my talk on ICQ with him;

"we're still trying to figure out how these movies got in our system... we have 80 dvd liscenses, i think we're going to shut down for a day or two and make sure all these movies are removed"

And something he's missing is, it's not simply a matter of DVDs, content would of had to of been downloaded from many different content producer's sites (some of which don't even license out their content) and then put it online.

It's hard to know what to believe.

i just checked myself and found 15 dvds - (5 scenes each average)

its not strange to get dvds before buying the licenses, thing is we fucked up by getting random dvds when we started, its our mistake not trying to hide from this, as you can see we have taken the site down ourselves now, so we can make sure all the content without licenses is removed etc...

As tim said we have 80-90 licenses for PA.
and in total may be a bit more than 100 dvds.

anyways, of course we are really sorry and it was never the intention, we dont need to use others content.
i cant say more than we are sorry and already did something about this.

THY Confirmed User Join Date: May 2002 Posts: 351	its like Nysus said. i just checked myself and found 15 dvds - (5 scenes each average) its not strange to get dvds before buying the licenses, thing is we fucked up by getting random dvds when we started, its our mistake not trying to hide from this, as you can see we have taken the site down ourselves now, so we can make sure all the content without licenses is removed etc... As tim said we have 80-90 licenses for PA. and in total may be a bit more than 100 dvds. anyways, of course we are really sorry and it was never the intention, we dont need to use others content. i cant say more than we are sorry and already did something about this.
