Guinness, usually; but, if I'm in the mood for something different, it's Sierra Nevada. Since darker beers are allegedly more healthy, I try to consume as much as I can. Same for red wines, like merlot!

Usually the stuff from local breweries here is good. (I live in Germany... go figure.) I like light beers if I'm gonna be drinking a lot of them (doesn't happen very often because I don't drink frequently and when I do it's usually straight up liquor) and dark Hefeweizen if I'm only having a few throughout the night.
I'll be in Munich for Oktoberfest next weekend sampling some good Bavarian beers out of big-ass mugs. That's always fun. I also like Corona with a lime or Beck's if I'm at a club, but I wouldn't really consider those true beers. Belgian beer is also great and Guiness is the obvious choice for stout.

freshly brewed, call it "homemade" if you wish, after trying some of that beer i hardly get a kick out of canned/bottled stuff, and drafts in bars sometimes even worse than bottled beer here around NYC. I stick with imports most of the time when I'm in the states.
