Thats somthing that affects all web people wether its tame stuff or not. But if we stand triel it will be in the court room of the same judge that threw the case out the first time so we would have the upper hand,to fight the charges how erv we had to. It would also be up to him when it goes down so it could be 2 years from now if its not in the supreme court. So all is good. We think the supreme will here it and we will win. If you are brought up on onsenitey in kansas and found guiltey. It is not then aplied to evrey ware else in US. The miller test is done on comunitey standerds. However, I figure that Rob either got assurances (which he presumably could share with us) or he didn't. If he didn't, I'd assume it will be a shortlived billing relationship, given CCbill's habit of dumping controversial sites.

We got fucked!!! We got a phone call, and a letter today from CC-Bill saying they were shutting us down due to violations. Because our site had piss, puke, blood, violence, slapping, fake guns, fake knives and other assorted things we were violating policy and therefore made inactive.

ALL CURRENT USERS WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH SITE ACCESS

We are working on clearing up this situation, and we will keep you informed.

We got a phone call, and a letter today from CC-Bill saying they were shutting us down due to violations. Because our site had piss, puke, blood, violence, slapping, fake guns, fake knives and other assorted things we were violating policy and therefore made inactive. ALL CURRENT USERS WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH SITE ACCESS We are working on clearing up this situation, and we will keep you informed.
