Fucking GoDaddy.com

Godaddy.com suspend domain oldslippers.com
I never did not spam.

Quote:
Dear Vadim Fedorov,

If the options outlined in our previous message are not agreeable to you, or you are unable to comply to these terms, you will need to transfer your domain name to another registrar.

If you choose to transfer the ------ domain name to another registrar, we first require that you pay a $75 administration fee before your domain name can be transferred. This fee is used to cover the costs of responding to or "cleaning up" the outstanding spam complaints Go Daddy has received regarding your domain name.

You will need to provide the following in your reply:

1. A statement that you will initiate the transfer of your domain name to a new registrar within the next 24 hours.

2. Authorization for GoDaddy.com to charge a $75 administration fee to the credit card on file for your account (you may want to log into your Go Daddy account and confirm that the card on file is valid and has not expired).

Sincerely,
Spam and Abuse Department

Hello.
I never did SPAM lists. Besides, I do not have to domain oldslippers.com no email address. Piza, I did not receive from you. My phone number listed in my account has 420-776667666. He constantly works. And nobody called me not.
Immediately return me to my domain.
You do not have any evidence that I produced spam lists. Because I never dealt with this and will not engage. You can send a company to which I have the sites - www.webazilla.com. The server, which are my sites - r4d63.webazilla.com
I will not pay you any money, because I did not do anything wrong. I have your account since 2002 and never had any problems.
If you do not return on Monday me my domain, I appeal to you under. And domains transferred to another registrar.
Vadim Fedorov

11.07.2008, ? 23:16, GoDaddy Abuse Department):

Dear Vadim Fedorov,

Your domain name, OLDSLIPPERS.COM, has been suspended after Go Daddy received complaints from Internet users that they received unsolicited email messages (aka spam) from you.

Multiple warnings were sent by Go Daddy's Spam and Abuse Department to give you an opportunity to address the complaints we have received. These warnings were sent to the following addresses:

- The contacts for your domain name, [email protected], [email protected] on
6/21/2008.

We did not receive a reply from you to these email warnings so we then attempted to contact you via telephone at the following numbers:

- The telephone number you submitted when you set up your Go Daddy account,
011-420-776667666 on 7/1/2008. Continuous ringing unable to leave a voicemail.

We had no choice but to suspend your domain name when you did not respond to our attempts to contact you.
-----
Go Daddy defines spam as a mailing sent to recipients, as an advertisement or otherwise, without first obtaining prior confirmed consent from the recipients before sending the mailing in question. Prior consent must be given to you directly from the recipients of your mailing for the specific domain name that you are advertising.

Go Daddy does not consider consent to be transferable. For example, simply purchasing, renting, or leasing an "opt-in" list from another company does not constitute proof of opt-in or prior consent. If you or another company are sending mailings advertising your domain name or website to individuals that have not requested this information from you directly, it is our opinion that you are spamming these individuals.

You can view Go Daddy's Anti-Spam policy by clicking on the "Anti-Spam Policy" link located on Go Daddy's "Legal Agreement" page. Click the following link to access Go Daddy's "Legal Agreements" page: https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/agreements.asp.

At this point you have two options available to you, each is outlined below:

----- Option # 1: Provide proof of opt-in.

Go Daddy has a strict anti-spam policy, Go Daddy customers are required to be able to provide conclusive proof of prior consent for any individual they send advertisements to. This also applies to the actions of any party that generates traffic on your behalf. This includes, but is not limited to, 3rd party marketers, business partners, employees, mailing list providers and affiliates.

We have supplied an example address from a complaint in order to allow you to investigate the situation and show proof of prior consent to receive your mailings. Proof of prior consent can be provided by supplying the information outlined below.

1. Provide server logs showing when the complainant connected to your site and subscribed, opted-in, or consented to receive marketing information from your organization. This information must include the following:

Time/Date of opt-in/subscription/consent.
IP address of the web server the complainant used to connect to your site.
Referral URL.
2. Provide a detailed explanation of how the example email address was obtained, provide a copy of any confirmation messages, complete with header information, that this individual sent to you when they consented to receive marketing information from your company.

3. In addition to the information outlined above, please forward all contact information you have for this individual along with any other relevant information that you feel supports your claim of prior consent.

We will then investigate the validity of the information that you provide. The complainant located at the example email address may be contacted to verify and/or confirm any contact information or subscription details. If the information you provide checks out, we can probably consider this a situation where this person has forgotten they opted-in (a $75 administration fee* is required to reactivate your domain name).

The example address is: [email protected], a copy of the offending email message has been included at the end of this message to assist you in your investigation.

----- Option # 2: Discontinue unauthorized mailing practices.

If you are unable to provide proof of opt-in and still wish to remain a Go Daddy customer and reactivate your domain name you must reply to this message with the following:

1. A statement that you will not send email advertisements or promotional mailings to any individual that has not previously requested this information from you or your company.

2. Authorization for GoDaddy.com to charge the credit card on file for your account a $199 non-refundable reactivation fee.*

-----
* Please Note: You may want to log into your Go Daddy account and confirm that the card on file is valid and has not expired

-----
Here is a copy of the offending email message:

Thank you for your cooperation, please let us know what option you decide to take. If you wish to discuss this situation via telephone Go Daddy's Spam and Abuse Department can be reached at 480-624-2505.

Sincerely,
Spam and Abuse Department

Idiots

Yes, they started making problems to people, and I was with them in last several years without problem. For me, they lost one domain and it was sold even without redemption period. Other domain that was lost few years ago ,they are selling for 6k,and what is my biggest problem is that their service traffic facts, stopped working properly, and even with proof where is mistake, they ignored me absolutely, repeating their stupid messages. I've canceled that service, but all my stats were based on that software, so I don't have idea what is going on with my traffic. (google don't show same or similar data)

I know that I did not do SPAM. How to prove it - I do not know. Because I never send any letter and I do not know from where they have a letter, which speak about. You can see in the letter, who actually sent him. But I do not have etgo letter and do not know what and to whom I must prove. That they should prove that I did something illegal. But they will not be able to prove it, because it is not.
I can not call them because I do not speak English.
I thought that in America the law. It turns out there are still wild west.

wow Sebastano... I'm sorry to hear that. Problem with bigger company is that you're just a branch in the forest and when they get a complain from their Tier-1 provider, they just shut you down.
This is the reason why some people prefer smaller guys who are bit more expensive. You're a branch in the back yard instead of big Amazon forest:-D
If you need an opinion from ISP, ICQ me. We've been in this industry for some time and maybe we can help you out or at least give you a piece of advise.

They won't give him since they don't care for one customer. I was giving them proofs(print screens, stats,etc..) about problem they made, but they simply ignored me and were waiting that I go away by myself and stop bothering them.
