Paycom is experiencing some technical difficulties but transactions are still going through, although at a slower rate.

We are working to resolve the problem expediently.

Paycom continues to proces transactions but not every attempt to pull up a join page is successful at this time.

I will know more shortly. All technical staff are working to resolve the problem at this time.

You're not listening all attempts are not pulling up a join page at this time at all, not even close.

rock solid DNS errors.

Why don't our pay pages work at all at this time then?

Their DNS servers are running fine but their main server is down completely offline or their dns servers are pointing it to a not valid IP

Looking up at the 2 paycom.net. parent servers:

Server Response Time
auth00.ns.uu.net [198.6.1.65] 208.236.105.11 101ms
auth61.ns.uu.net [198.6.1.182] 208.236.105.11 102ms

Status: Records all match.

Pinging paycom.net [208.236.105.11]:

Ping #1: * [No response]
Ping #2: * [No response]
Ping #3: * [No response]
Ping #4: * [No response]

Done pinging paycom.net!

Looks like it needs a dns update or someone needs to push the power button on the server

Paycom.net, is experiencing a DDOS attack at this time.

We are managing the attack. We are still processing transactions.

We expect to be at full capacity within the hour.

If you feel like you need to move to a secondary, you should do so.

We will post again when our processing servers are back to full capacity.

I am monitoring the boards and responding to questions from a remote location.

Again, transactions are being processed and we will post again once all servers are back to full capacity.

A few weeks ago you were having DDOS ATTACKS, someone trying to put you out of business?

I guess there is no IPS (Intrusion Protection System) that can help paycom out.

That's just a silly comment.

Paycom's processing servers could take all of the transactions for this industry 10 fold and not have a slow down in processing. And I'd love to have the opportunity to prove it!

The DDOS attacks that are being experienced have been targeted at many programs in this industry in recent months. They are disruptive but temporary.

Rand,

Processing paycom rebills? maybe... Im sure that part of your system is operational.

Processing paycom new sales? no chance. Your paypages dont load, thus no new transactions.

Paycom join pages across several sponsors (ND, TCG, etc.) are all 404 after multiple tests. This sucks. What a waste of my traffic.

Paycom servers are now almost back to normal capacity as we continue to work through the problem.

Transactions are going through normally at this time with only intermittent connection problems. We expect to be back to 100% capacity momentarily.

I'll post again once we are fully recovered, but everyone should be able to submit transactions with success at this time.

Thats what I am seeing from where I am. Solid 404s and I have been checking on a regular basis since just past 1:30 EST. Yet to see a join page come through.

Good luck guys but your down all the way at least where I am from. Nothing intermittent about it.

TCG switched a bunch of there sites over right away. I was on ICQ with LL when it happened. A few are still on with Paycom though. Not sure what happened with the total change over.

Paycom is back 100%! We have been for approximately one hour but wanted to verify all systems before posting.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during the attacks.

Now everybody get back to work!

Is this just affecting Paycom processing, or is this an across the board thing? I can't get to epochsystems.com and I really need to get there.
