Monday Mornings...CCbill down, Paycom.net Down and ibill

Hey everyone. How's it going? Pretty good here I just got back from a Miami weekend and dealing catching up. I've got my customer support crew all pissed off this morning. Here's why.

- On Friday our password management stopped working with Ibill. All username and passwords still work however they can not be modified or located in CMI. A real pain in the ass. No idea why this happened.

- Yesterday paycom.net went down and has not come back up. As a result we are unable to reach http://paycom.net/tools/tools_custinfo_fr.html
Anybody know the ip to get to that?

- ccbill is up and down so far this morning. Currently it's down for them and up for us.

I know the ccbill problems were reported. How about the other two? Anybody else having those problems as well?

The good news is this weekend was a SMOKING HOT sales weekend. Yesterday we converted at 1:360 and had an INSANELY high sales day. WOOOOHOOOO

it's amazing how all these big players are all going down so close together it's almost too much to be a coincidence...

We did awesome yesterday too, both sales and conversion wise...then today I woke up and was depressed due to the lack of them today.

Oh well, what do you expect with 2 processors left and one is partying it up in Curacao?!?

Shap, how about your ccbill rebills?

I hear ccbill recurring ratios suck. Too much scrubbing.

shap, fyi, i posted this in the other thread...

Level 3 is been experiencing international peering issues intermittently this morning through its NY hub. International and East coast traffic that routes through that hub is having connectivity issues; this is a global issue affecting all traffic going through that hub, not just CCBill. Level 3 is aware of this and working on the repair.

Shap,

Sounds like it's time to consider new billing options. If you had WTS as your check processor, at least you'd still be getting check signups while you wait for CCBill and Epoch to feed their squirrels and get their servers running again ;)

FYI Paycom never stopped accepting joins. Paycom.net is not our processing url. Wnu.com is our processing url

check your stats and you will see that processing did not go down.

7 posts.

And, you're spamming another company....in a thread that has nothing to do with considering new billing options.

If you had a clue, you'd know there are problems on the 'net today....that have nothing to do with processing.

Both Paycom and CCBill are awesome and if the net is down...the net is down....

Don't do that. It's rude and it makes a good company, like WTS, look bad.

Thank you for being the post police and pointing that out to me. I'm sure my post will not do any damage to the great reputation WTS has. Did it with you?

This is not about being the police...and WTS is a good company. Don't play the distraction game just because you're being inappropriate.

Both Shap and WTS used to be customers of mine. Both are top notch companies. Adult webmasters not doing business with either of them is a mistake.

No problems with CCBill whatsoever today. Again.

The damn Internet breaks, but CCBill is still fine. We didn't even see a dip.
